Archetype Services field service is scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Three to four weeks notice is advised for booking services. For requests made within two weeks of service date, additional charges may apply.

Please note any special security measures (surrender of IDs, security clearances, escorts, training classes,etc...) required to access the site and/or Lighting Control Equipment.

All Fixtures are installed and wired to the data/power supplies according to the Signify installation manuals?

DMX Systems:

All DMX512 wire has been installed with all the connections to the Power/Data supplies according to the Signify installation manuals?
Data Enabler Pro individual runs limited to 32 devices with a maximum data cable length of 1,000 ft?
DMX512 terminator switch on the last Data Enabler Pro is in the "Terminated" position as shown in fig 6? Only terminate the last Data Enabler Pro in the series?

Ethernet Systems:

All Ethernet wire has been installed with all the connections to the Power/Data supplies according to the Signify installation manuals?
All Ethernet cables are tested for accurate terminations and connectivity on both ends of the cable (Check link lights on each port/termination)?

Other:

All fixture serial numbers have been recorded according to where they are installed. Note: Linear luminaires have a different serial number per foot e.g. a 4ft fixture has 4 different serial numbers.
Main controller has been installed with all control wires terminated and tested?
All equipment shown on the Bill of Materials in your submittal has been received and installed?
All devices and loads are connected and powered?
Arrangements will be made for representatives of the end user to be on site for orientation and training of the system (if required). There are no allowances made for return training visits unless specified in the Bill of Materials?All devices and loads are connected and powered?

Additional Charges:  
IF EXTRA TRIPS OR EXTRA TIME IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE SYSTEM STARTUP DUE TO LACK OF PREPARATION OR INSTALLATION PROBLEMS, ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO THE CONTRACTOR MAY RESULT. THIS EXTRA WORK WILL REQUIRE A PURCHASE ORDER.  

Cancellation:  
In the event you cancel your confirmed date without reasonable notice, you may be charged to reschedule.

The preparations listed above are, or will be, completed prior to the date of the startup visit. It is understood that additional trips or excess time required to complete the startup visit due to lack of preparation on the part of the installer may result in additional charges to the installer.
